Southeast Alabama Medical Center Foundation is governed by a 27-member volunteer Board of Trustees that live or work in the communities served by Southeast Alabama Medical Center. Their personal and/or professional expertise provides valuable leadership in support of the organizations' professional and administrative staffs.
As a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, there are no owners or share holders of the Foundation and the trustees serve without financial compensation.
